By using the SERVOX platform (app/website), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
SERVOX provides grocery delivery, fresh produce, salon at home, car/bike wash, home cleaning, laundry, tiffin, parcel, and other on-demand services in Seoni, MP. Service availability may vary by location.
2. Account & Authentication
You must provide accurate information during registration. We use OTP-based phone verification for account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
3. Orders & Bookings
Once an order or booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after the service provider has been dispatched. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Dynamic pricing may apply for certain services based on area/quantity.
4. Payments
We support Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and wallet payments. Wallet cashback and loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts.
5. Vendor & Partner Terms
Vendors and delivery partners are independent service providers. SERVOX acts as a facilitator and is not directly liable for the quality of third-party services, though we strive to ensure standards.
6. Liability
SERVOX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the order/booking value.
